Welcome to the East Swedish Tourist Council´s booking information

Östsvenska Turistrådet provides this web portal as a marketplace for tourism products in Östergötland.

Each supplier has personal legal liability and is recommended to follow the rules issued by Kammarkollegiet [the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency]. Product bookings/purchases/complaints are made direct with/to the product owner whose name appears in the booking. All products are payable locally on arrival.

How to book:

Book online
The fast search feature will take you to the booking stage more quickly once you have selected date of travel/area/category.

The home page shows all our bookable products. Scroll down to select area/category or search for/book a specific facility.

Your booking
You need to activate/confirm your booking by registering a debit/credit card. NB this doesnt mean you have paid for your booking.

Confirmation
Within a few minutes you will receive a booking confirmation with your booking number by e-mail. Use your unique password if you need to amend/cancel your booking.

Payment
All payments must be made direct to the facility on arrival. There may be some exceptions.

Booking terms
Cancellations/amending your booking must be made within 24 hours of arrival date. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. For the cancellation to be valid you must receive a written confirmation of the cancellation from Östsvenska Turistrådet.

Any complaints should be referred to the supplier.
